Final reflection on Project.

Filming season is over.  All stress is gone, a sense of lively hood has been set, I can feel the soft breeze from here. The air finally feels thin rather than sharp and thick. I am free.

The planning process for our project was so problematic, constantly being slandered finding a proper idea, figuring out how we will even do our film. It was pure chaos. I am thankful My partner and I found a plan and followed through.

The constructing process was a huge mess as we were making our monster out of clay and the clay was so hard we lost hours on hours of time just trying to flatten some clay. It got so bad we resorted to a hammer. It still didn't work that well. Once we finally got the clay done (2 DAYS AFTER STARTING CONSTRUCTING???) we put the monster together and began to bake it. It turned out nice. Overall the construction process was the hardest bit about the project in my opinion.

Making the props was the easiest task in the project as all we needed was a clear cylinder like case and Lab coats with a logo on it. My partner already owned lab coats so we had zero trouble with this segment.

Prop process was overall a breeze, no sweat on that.

The filming process was pretty hard as we were on limited time, I had to leave in 30 minutes since we spent most of the day making clay. We managed to finish a good portion of the filming before I had to depart. There was one problem, which being I was not able to come over any more to finish filming as I had no more time to do so. In term, my partner did the rest of the scenes and I did all the editing. Which is fine because we ended up doing all the scenes I starred in first. So it all worked out. Overall, it was mediocre in terms of difficulty. Had a blast doing it though.

The dreaded editing process. I hated every second of it. I made all the images, which I also had to animate for effect. It took so much time from me it was exhausting. It was tiresome and I felt so done with everything. The final product turned out really nice but at what cost. In summary, I hated this process, and it took the longest since I did it in one succession. If it wasn't obvious I hate editing.

On to the Creative Critical Reflection.
This was the most fun I had doing a project in a while. I had a good amount of time to work with, a fun pitch, and I got to let my imagination soar. My favorite bit about this class was this bit of the project. I had a blast just recording because I got to do something so childish for a school project. This is the most free i've felt while doing something for school ever. Great experience. Overall the best part about the project.

And that wraps up the final reflection on the project. Tomorrow is the day where the products will be seen.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's blog to see the final products!
