Jurassic Park 2: The Lost World

The construction of Jurassic Park 2: The Lost World is done in a on location shooting. Its shot in California, Hawaii, New Zealand, and Queensland, Australia. Mainly in the forest where everything is dark and ominous. This allows for scary moments or suspenseful moments in the film. The Lost World, Jurassic Park is a 1997 film about a team that visits Isla Sorna, a secluded island where dinosaurs roam free, to document the prehistoric animals. The film is set four years after the events of the original Jurassic Park.

The Dinosaurs in this film are disgustingly stereotyped. Such as the T-Rex for example, it's made to look big, and scaly. The T-rex can't see you unless you move is the stupidest stereotype I've ever heard and I people still believing this is a bad thing. People who watched this film believed every word that John Hammond (the founder of Jurassic park) said. In reality, the Tyrannosaurus Rex had one of the best eye visions to any land animal paleontologists have ever know. It doesn't need its pray to be moving for it to spot you, even if this were true, the Tyrannosaurus has (again) one of the best sense of smell. The same goes for the Velociraptor, it's human sized and scaly (yet again) to make it more intimidating. The Velociraptor is the size of your arm, and it was covered in feathers.

The two main characters of this film was Ian Malcom, and Dr. Sarah Harding. With Jurassic park abandoned, Isla sorna became infested with poachers. The poachers in this film are represented in a way that is supposed to make them look intimidating with their guns, this is mostly true. Except for the fact that ALL of them are bald and wear sunhats! With a fully fed ego after killing one dinosaur, they attempt to go after the T-rex's baby (showing them as someone who preys on the weak). This results in their downfall as one by one they get ripped apart by the parental T-Rex's.
